Sheikh Mohammad Saleh Al-Qashaami Released Following One Year of Imprisonment

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini authorities released on Wednesday (January 31, 2018) Sheikh Mohammad Saleh Al-Qashaami, one year following his pre-trial detention.
The court acquitted Sheikh Al-Qashaami and sentenced his daughter Amira to 5 years in prison and his son Abu Al-Fadel to 15 years and revoked his citizenship.
Al-Qashaami, his son and daughter were arrested from their house on February 9, 2017 within a vast campaign that coincided with the killing of martyr Rida Al-Ghasra and his 2 companions who were with him in sea, while attempting to escape the country.
