Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa left for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a private visit, according to an official statement.

Upon arrival in the UAE, he was welcomed by Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and a number of UAE officials.

The King of Bahrain visits Saudi Arabia and the UAE on a monthly basis, and not all such visits are announced.

Activists confirm that the King of Bahrain, during his visits to Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, discusses requests for aiding his country, which is suffering from a severe political and economic crisis.
