Bahrain's Commerce Minister: New Bankruptcy Law is Safety Valve for Whoever Wants to Take Risks

Bahrain Mirror: Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed Al-Zayani said on Thursday (March 8, 2018) that the new bankruptcy law is ready for submission to the House of Representatives.
Al-Zayani explained that the law included many positive changes, mainly adding a material for restructuring that did not exist in the current law, deeming it a safety valve for those who want to work and take risks.
