Bahrain Ready to Extract Gas by End of 2018, Bahrain Oil Minister

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Oil Minister Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said on Tuesday (March 13, 2018) that Bahrain is preparing to extract deep gas by the end of this year.
The minister said in a press statement that the National Oil and Gas Authority is currently working on increasing the gas sources in the country, noting that it is in the process of preparing for the extraction of deep gas, which was discovered recently, by the end of this year, in addition to the search for partners to develop Bahrain's field.
On the sidelines of the inauguration of the Regional Natural Gas Pipeline Networks Forum, he said that the liquefied natural gas terminal will be completed by the end of this year and will be operational in early 2019.
