Lawyer Banned from Practicing Profession for 3 Months due to Justice Minister Disciplinary Complaint

Bahrain Mirror: The Lawyers Disciplinary Board issued a decision stating that the Board decided to prevent a practicing lawyer from practicing law for three months, i.e. after the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments (in his capacity) filed a disciplinary complaint against her, pursuant to the law, adding that the filed complaint was addressed in a confidential session as provided in Article (46) of the law of lawyers .
It is worth noting that the prohibition to practice the profession is applied, in accordance with Article (43) of the above-mentioned law, to any lawyer who contravenes the provisions of this law, violates the duties of his profession or performs an act that violates the honor or traditions of the profession.
