NIHR Annual Report Ignores Main Issues, Including Killing Protestors in Diraz

Bahrain Mirror: The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) issued on Wednesday (March 28, 2018) its 2017 annual report on human rights situations in the country.
The 100-page report ignored main cases, including summoning human rights defenders for investigations in the national security agency, torturing them as well as killing protestors in Diraz, injuring and arresting hundreds.
The report focused on condemning the killing of policemen and totally ignored the civilian victims, noting that the authorities killed 14 protestors and executed 3 of them.
