Bahrain Mirror: The Second High Civil Court of Appeal ordered the Bahraini Ministry of Municipalities to pay one million and 675,000 dinars to a cleaning company, with which it had contracted in 2008, for violating clauses in the agreement.
The Court ruled that the Ministry pays the company 1,675,000 dinars, instead of 2,529,000 dinars ordered by the jury, and obliged both the Ministry and the company to pay the appropriate expenses.
