RERA Calls for Expediting Registration of Companies, Warns of Legal Measures

Bahrain Mirror: Real Estate Regulatory Authority called on development companies, brokerage and valuation firms and real estate owners to expedite registration of their companies, offices and projects before the expiration of the grace period stipulated by the law.
The Chief Executive Officer Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa warned that not registering the companies will subject them to accountability and prosecution by virtue of law texts.
