Court Sentences Former MP Ali Al-Asheeri to 6 Months in Jail over Assembly Charge, Sets 500BD Bail to Stop Execution of Sentence

Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini court sentenced on Wednesday (April 18, 2018) former Al-Wefaq MP Ali Rasheed Al-Asheeri to 6 months in jail over assembly charge.
Al-Asheeri explained on his own Twitter account that the court set 500BD bail to stop the execution of sentence.
It is to mention that Al-Asheeri is the brother of martyr Zakariya Al-Asheeri who was killed under torture in prison in 2011.
