Bahrain Mirror: Head of Parliamentary inquiry committee Mohsen Al-Bakri told Al-Bilad local newspaper about some of service projects that the government committed to its work program for 2015-2018 saying that the Ministry of Social Development is the most governmental body that fails to implement the plans committed to in the government's program of action.
He said that the ministries of housing and sports are more committed to what is mentioned in the program of action set by the Parliament.
Al-Bakri explained that many of the delayed projects are supported by gulf support funds and what is associated to the path of providing the funding and cycle of measures needed to receive the fund.
He also said that the reason behind delay in receiving gulf support funds is that because the measures need time, like the conditions of the donor country such as the contractor should be from his country or publishing the qualification announcement in a newspaper from the donor country or other things.
