Appeals Court Adjourns Nabeel Rajab's Case until June 5 for Sentencing

Bahrain Mirror: The High Criminal Appeals Court adjourned the appeal submitted by Nabeel Rajab, President of Bahrain Center for Human Rights, on his 5-year jail term verdict, over criticizing war on Yemen, until June 5 for sentencing.
Rajab is being prosecuted over tweets in which he criticized war on Yemen and torture in Jaw prison. The authorities accuse him of "disseminating false news and rumors during wartime and insulting a foreign state (Saudi Arabia) and Interior Ministry".
The verdict issued against Rajab was criticized by the US and UN.
