Court Upholds 3-Year Jail Term against Suspect Accused of Putting Hoax Bomb in A'ali

Bahrain Mirror: The Fifth High Appeals Criminal Court upheld 3-year jail term against a suspect accused in a case of putting fake bomb in A'ali and ordered the confiscation of seized fake body.
A first-instance court had already sentenced the appellant to 3 years in jail and sentenced another suspect to 5 years.
The public prosecution accused the first suspect of putting, on July 14, 2016, along with other unknowns, hoax bomb on public street, for a terrorist aim.
It also accused the second suspect of taking part in the crime through agreeing and helping the first suspect to commit it.
