Court Upholds 1&3-Year Jail Terms against 2 Brothers over Charge of Putting Fake Bomb in Tubli

Bahrain Mirror: The First High Appeals Court upheld 1-year jail term against a citizen and 3-year jail term against his brother with the execution of sentence over charge of manufacturing locally made bomb and putting it in the services street in Tubli, and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of putting, along with other unknowns, on December 25, 2016, fake bomb on public street for a terrorist aim, and taking part, along with other unknowns, in an assembly of more than 5 persons, aiming at committing crimes and disrupting public peace, noting that they used violence to achieve the aim they gathered for. It also accused them of acquiring, along with other unknowns, Molotov, aiming at using them to put people's lives and money to danger.
