“Tamkeen” Launches Program to Provide Unemployed with Practical Experience in Private-Sector Institutions

Bahrain Mirror: Tamkeen has launched its Internship Scheme to provide interns with opportunity to gain practical experience through a training period with an institution in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In this occasion, Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi, Tamkeen Chief Executive, said: "Tamkeen Internship Scheme was launched with the aim of creating an effective partnership between Tamkeen and new graduates. The program provides necessary support to the enterprises in order to attract new skilled graduates to benefit from their education and in return provide them with practical experience needed to enter the labor market".
The Internship Scheme aims to provide training opportunities for Bahrainis seeking employment in enterprises in the Kingdom, with training periods ranging from 3-12 months. Applications will be available to enterprises and individuals through the electronic portal on Tamkeen Official website. www.tamkeen.bh
