Bahrain: Doctors Unemployed since 3 Years Call on Government to Employ them

Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini doctors expressed their disappointment at the delay of the Ministry of Health in employing them, despite the fact that they graduated from the Arabian Gulf University more than 3 years ago.
Doctors, who said that they were sent to study medicine by scholarships from the Education Ministry, called on the health ministry to enlist them within the specialized training program in Al-Salmaniya Medical Complex that will commence on the onset of October.
Doctors said that they finished their studies with an excellent degree and then spent an internship year in Al-Salmaniya medical complex and finished it with a degree. They added that they received medical license to practice medicine in 2015, noting that they passed the exam from the first time. The doctors noted that they have haven't practiced medicine profession since more than 3 years.
