Bahrain: Level of Bahrainization Decreased to 86%

Bahrain Mirror: Civil Service Bureau in Bahrain announced that the percentage of Bahrainis in the government sectors declined to 86% after it was 91%, after the increase of government reliance on foreigners throughout the past years.
President of Civil Service Bureau Ahmed Al-Zayed said "The percentage of foreigners in the government is currently around 14%, however that of Bahrainis was previously 92% in government sector (...). The percentage of Bahrainization once again decreased to 86%."
In a press interview, the civil Service Bureau president said the government announces vacancies in other countries for the incompetence of Bahrainis.
Al-Zayed said that the bureau completed the replacement of 4 thousand volunteers after the government trained and taught them.
Thousands of secondary diploma holders volunteered to work in the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health during the uprising witnessed in Bahrain in February 2011.
