Trail of 12 Suspects Accused of Training in Iraqi Hezbollah Camps Commences

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court began hearing the case of 12 citizens (7 of whom are not arrested) accused of receiving training in the Iraqi Hezbollah camps.
The court postponed the case to October 30 for consideration, ordered to assign a lawyer to the 12th suspect and announced the 7 fugitives with the continuous detention of the arrested.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of:
First: the suspects from the first till the sixth managed a group whose goal is to disrupt the provisions of Constitution and laws and to prevent the state institutions from performing their jobs and harm national unity, noting that terrorism was one of the means used to achieve these purposes. The suspects also recruited members in the group and assigned them tasks in receiving, manufacturing explosives and training on their use, as well as circulating them in order to be used in terrorist acts. The suspects set the plans and funded other suspects with the money needed to achieve these goals, aiming at creating chaos and weakening and overthrowing the state's constituents.
Second: the suspects from the seventh till the eleventh joined, along with other unknowns, the group mentioned before and whose aim is to disrupt the provisions of Constitution and laws and to prevent the state institutions from performing their jobs and harm national unity, noting that terrorism was one of the means used to achieve these purposes. They also received explosives and stored them, manufactured local explosives and trained on their use aiming at using them in terrorist activities, creating chaos and weakening and overthrowing the state's constituents.
Third: the seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh suspects acquired, along with other unknowns, explosives without a license from the competent party, aiming at using them in an activity that disrupts public peace and for a terrorist aim.
Fourth: the seventh and eighth suspects trained on the use of weapons and explosives aiming at using them in terrorist operations.
Fifth: the seventh suspect trained the eight on the use of weapons and explosives aiming at using them in terrorist operations.
Sixth: the fifth and sixth suspects of taking part through agreeing and helping the seventh suspect to commit the said crime. They sent him to Iraq and contacted with the Iraqi Hezbollah members to train him on the use of weapons.
