Court Sentences Youth to One Year in Jail, 1000 BD Fine over Performing Stunts with his Car, Acquiring Drugs

Bahrain Mirror: The Third Minor Criminal Court sentenced a youth to one year in jail and 1000 BD fine over charge of acquiring drugs, aiming at using them, and performing stunts with his car in Hamad Town.
The traffic police stopped the youth for performing stunts with his car. However, the police found narcotics in his car.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of acquiring, on August 23, 2018, narcotics (cannabis) in an illegal way and acquiring psychotropic substances (methamphetamine, clonazepam and diazepam) in an illegal way.
