Washington Expresses Concern by Life Sentence Issued against Al-Wefaq Secretary-General

Bahrain Mirror: The US Department of State expressed its concern by the verdict sentencing Al-Wefaq Secretary-General Sheikh Ali Salman to life in prison.
The US Department of State said in a statement on Wednesday that it will continue to engage regularly with the Government of Bahrain on a range of interests, including safeguarding fundamental freedoms and human rights.
