$212 New Real Estate Project Launched between Kooheji and Indian Investors

Bahrain Mirror: Golden Gate Company launched a $212 million real estate project. The project is expected to be completed in 36 months as the piling work has already kicked off after the soft launch a few weeks ago.
Golden Gate project is 50-50 joint venture between Bahraini-based Kooheji Golden Gate company and Indian real estate companies Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing.
The property will be situated in the heart of Bahrain Bay and will be developed over 140,000 square meters. Golden Gate aims to become the tallest residential towers in the country, consisting of two towers with 45 and 53 storeys and a 746 apartments.
