Bahrain Mirror: The new government, presided by Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, took the constitutional oath before King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa at the Sakhir Palace, according to Bahrain News Agency.
In the first comment on the new government, prominent Al-Wefaq leader Ali Al-Aswad said that Bahrain's government "is the only one in world since 1971 with only one Prime Minister and 8 members from the ruling family, with number of ministers exceeding that in advanced industrialized and civilized European countries."
He added that the government in Bahrain is the only one in the world that suffers from "absence of a fair representation of women, youth and sects," indicating that it is a government built on "family, interests and nepotism. The coming is worse and won't be better."
