Bahrain Discovers 800 Cancer Cases Annually: Gov’t Official

Bahrain Mirror: Salman Bin Ateyatalla Al Khalifa, King Hamad University Hospital Chief Executive Office, said average of cancer tumors, according to modern medical reports, are increasing. King Hamad Oncology Center receives between 50 and 60 patients daily.
He added that "700 to 800 cases are discovered annually, unlike the previous year, most of which are breast cancer cases." He also denied shortage of any cancer treatment medications.
