Bahrain Mirror: The report of the Financial and Administrative National Audit Office for the years 2017 and 2018 revealed that the Mortality and Complications Committee at the Salmaniya Medical Complex has been suspended since April 30, 2017.

The report added that this indicated that no party is currently investigating cases of deaths within the complex for study or investigating cases where there is a suspicion of shortcomings, errors or negligence.
