2018-12-22 - 9:29 p
Bahrain Mirror: The Financial and Administrative National Audit Office disclosed in its report for 2017 and 2018 that the Capital Secretariat and its three municipalities exempted a number of persons from paying municipal fees, although they are not eligible for that exemption, since they are not covered by article 67 of the executive regulations of the Municipalities Law.
The report also pointed out the existence of a number of accounts in the category of fees that do not have monthly municipal fees imposed on them, in a blatant violation of decision No. (22) for the year 2005 regarding municipal fees.
