Bahrain Mirror: Commenting on the court upholding the life imprisonment sentence against the Secretary General of Al-Wefaq, Sheikh Ali Salman, the deputy secretary general of the Society, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, described the judiciary in Bahrain as "Trash", indicating that the collapse of the security and judicial systems means the collapse of the state.
"Through the verdict it issued, the Bahraini regime has confirmed the legitimate political demands of the people of Bahrain, which have become a real pressure on the regime and on its nominal institutions," Al-Daihi said via Twitter.
He went on to say that "in any state when the security and judicial system collapses, the state collapses as well, and what is happening in Bahrain today is clear and does not need further explanation. The transformation of these systems into means to serve tyranny and corruption is dangerous, and there is no security for a citizen under this idleness and chaos."
"The judiciary in Bahrain is but rotten trash that lacks the lowest level of integrity and justice." Sheikh Al-Daihi further stated.
