Northern Governorate Police Arrest Asian National for Forging IDs & Driver’s Licenses

Bahrain Mirror: The Director General of the Northern Governorate Police said that the governorate police officers arrested an Asian national, suspected of forging identity cards and driver's licenses, in addition to forging and selling vehicle documents.
He explained that the police Directorate received a report stating that the suspect sold a vehicle without any records in the General Directorate of Traffic to another person. He pointed out that as a result investigations were carried out, leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect. The forged documents and an amount of money that were on the suspect's person were confiscated.
The Director General further stressed that the necessary legal measures have been taken in preparation for referral of the case to the Public Prosecution.
