Al-Sadr Calls on UN to Intervene and Organize Fair Elections in Yemen, Bahrain and Syria

Bahrain Mirror: The Prominent Iraqi cleric Muqtada Al-Sadr called to stop war in Yemen, Syria and Bahrain and for UN intervention to organize fair elections in the three states.
Al-Sadr issued a statement on Saturday (April 27, 2019) in order to spare Iraq the ravages of the Iranian-American conflict after the recent decision to impose sanctions on Iran's oil exports.
Al-Sadr also called in his statement to send an Iraqi delegation to Saudi Arabia, which wants at the present time to come closer to the Iraqi state to find a solution between Riyadh and Tehran.
