Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the transitional deal that has been reached in the Republic of Sudan, noting that it is a step in the right direction to achieve the aspirations of the brotherly Sudanese people for peace, security and unity of state institutions.
"The two sides have also agreed on establishing a sovereign council by rotation between the military and civilians for a period of three years or slightly more," African Union envoy to Sudan Mohamed Hassan Lebatt announced.
Omar Eldigair, a leader of the Forces for Freedom and Change (FFC), said the priorities of the future government are to improve the situation and hold accountable those responsible for the deaths.
