Bahrain Mirror: The High Civilian Court forced the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) to pay its former CEO 15,349 BD compensation for his arbitrary dismissal and rejected all the other compensation requests.
The former CEO raised a complaint against the BCCI, explaining that he worked for it under a contract with monthly payment of 8000 BD, in addition to a social bonus of 150 BD, transportation allowance of 250 BD and phone allowance of 100 BD, staring January 1, 2017. He, however, was surprised on April 25, 2018, that the BCCI president issued a decision terminating his services without justifications and without paying him his dues.
