Royal Decree Restructuring Justice Affairs and Islamic Affairs at Ministry of Justice

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree 49/2019 restructuring the Justice Affairs and Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
The Decree stipulated the restructuring of the Justice Affairs and Islamic Affairs under the Minister, in charge of:
First: State Cases Agency at the level of directorate.
Second: Undersecretary of Justice, Islamic Affairs, in charge of:
1- Minors Fund and Affairs Directorate.
2- Assistant Undersecretary for Courts and Notarization, in charge of:
a-Courts Directorate.
b-Implementation Directorate.
c- Notarization Directorate.
3- Assistant Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs, in charge of:
a-Religious Affairs Directorate.
b-Holy Quran Affairs Directorate.
Third: Undersecretary for Planning, Familial Reconciliation, Alimony, in charge of:
1-Planning and Statistics Directorate.
2-Human and Financial Resources Directorate.
3-Informatics Systems Directorate.
4-Judiciary and Legal Studies Institute.
Article Two of Decree 7/2003 organizing the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Decree 34/2013 regarding restructuring the Justice Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, have been rescinded as well as any provision contradicting this Decree.
The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, has been tasked to implement this Decree effective from the date of issuance, and to be published in the Official Gazette.
