King Issues 4 Royal Decrees including Restructuring Ministry of Works and Municipalities

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued 4 decrees (50), (51), (52) and (53) for 2019.
He issued Decree 50 of 2019 on restructuring of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.
Decree 68 of 2012 and decree 10 of 2016 on restructuring the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning and the Works Affairs, at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning have been abrogated.
The Minister of Works Affairs, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning shall implement the decree, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
The King issued decree 51 of 2019 transferring current Undersecretary of Agriculture and Marine Resources Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Khalifa to serve as Undersecretary for Municipalities Affairs.
Undersecretary for Municipalities Affairs Dr. Nabeel Mohammed Abul Fateh will take over as Undersecretary for Agriculture and Marine Resources.
Dr. Khalid Ahmed Mohammed Hassan has also been appointed as Undersecretary for Animal Resources at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.
The King issued decree 52 of 2019 amending article (1) the Amiri decree (1) of 1977 establishing the Rashid Equestrian and Horse-racing Club.
Under the amended article, the Rashid Equestrian and Horse-racing Club shall be under the authority of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.
Under decree 53 of 2019, Youssef Ahmed Abdulla Al-Essa has been appointed as chief executive officer of the Equestrian Care Authority.
