Justice Ministry Refers 4 Persons for Practicing Law without Prosecution License

Bahrain Mirror: Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments referred complaints of number of lawyers related to people unlawfully practicing law, especially that they are not enlisted in the lawyers list. 4 violations were monitored and referred to the prosecution.
Justice Ministry banned law firms that employ non-Bahraini legists from allowing these legists to give legal consultation directly to their clients on behalf of the licensed office or running law firms themselves. It also prohibited non-lawyers enlisted in the lawyers lists to follow any administrative procedures at any of the ministry's departments as of September 1, 2019.
