Court Issues 3-Year Prison Term against Defendant Accused of Hitting Policeman in Dry Dock Prison

Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Court sentenced a Bahraini to 3 years in prison over attacking a policeman in the medical clinic in Dry Dock Prison and threating to commit suicide in case they don't prescribe me tranquilizer pills.
The Public Prosecution referred the defendant to trial because on (April 4, 2018) he attacked the bodily integrity of the policeman (the victim) while performing his duty, through hitting him with the handcuffs and kicking him several times on his leg.
