Coast Guard Commander: Fishermen Arrested for Illegal Shrimping

Bahrain Mirror: The Coast Guard Commander announced that Coast Guard patrols had arrested several fishermen for shrimping using the trawlers that are banned according to a ministerial order.
Around 660kg of shrimp seized, and legal proceedings were taken against them.
He highlighted that the trawling had been banned because it destructs the marine environment and reduces the shrimp stocks.
