Appeals Court Upholds 3-Year Jail Term against 2 Defendants in Political Case

Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Appeals Court upheld a 3-year jail verdict against 2 out of 5 suspects over trafficking the first appellant, who is wanted since 4 years in a political case, through land outside the country using his brother's identity card.
The first instance court acquitted the brother of the wanted of the charges brought against him, after it was proved that he used his brother's smart ID card without his knowledge.
The security authorities in Kuwait informed the security authorities in Bahrain that a Bahraini wanted by Interpol was arrested while attempting to enter Kuwait through the land port.
The Bahraini authorities are circulating the names of those wanted in political cases to Interpol and issuing red notices against them, describing them as terrorists.
