Bahrain Mirror: The First High Criminal Court adjourned the ruling in case of death convicts Hussein Mousa and Mohammad Ramadan until December 25.
Although a final ruling was issued by the Court of Cassation in upholding the death sentences, the public prosecution appealed the verdict after obtaining "new evidence" that were not available during the trial period.
The Court of Cassation returned the case to the Court of Appeal for re-determination.
Human rights groups say Hussein Moussa and Mohammad Ramadan were severely tortured to extract their confessions, which were the main evidence in their trial over charge of murdering Asian policeman Abdulwahed Sayed Mohammad Faqir in a blast in Al-Dair.
