Bahrain Mirror: The Al-Wefaq Islamic National Society condemned the blatant barbaric American attack on two Muslim countries, the Republic of Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Al-Wefaq strongly condemned the killing of the two leaders Soleimani and Al-Muhandis, who played a key role in eliminating ISIS and all the dangerous armed terrorist organizations in the region.
It confirmed that General Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' (IRGC's) Quds Force, and Abu-Mahdi Al-Muhandis, the deputy head of Popular Mobilization Forces, posed a danger to terrorist organizations and their projects in the region and the world. The peoples of the region have been proud of their sacrifices and struggles in the face of ISIS militants and all the forces of darkness and terrorism.
Al-Wefaq considered the heinous crime that led to their killing a major mistake and a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of Iraq and may make the region enter a dark tunnel and an unstable reality. It said that this reflects the magnitude of the adventure that threatens the region and the world.
Al-Wefaq offered its condolences to the religious authorities, especially to Ayatollah Sayed Ali Khamenei and Ayatollah Sayed Ali Al-Sistani and to the governments and people of Iraq and Iran, to the martyrs' families, all the free people of the world and all the anti-terrorists in the world.
