Bahrain Mirror: The king of Bahrain issued royal order appointing Daij bin Salman as Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Vice Chairman. He also issued two decrees appointing and transferring directors at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Order 25 of 2020, appointing Shaikh Daij bin Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa as Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Vice Chairman.

The Royal Order shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.

King Hamad issued decree 42 of 2020, appointing Sami Abdulla Ahmed Buhaza'a as Undersecretary for Land Transportation and Post at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications.

Under the same decree, current Assistant Undersecretary for Air Transportation and Aviation Safety and Security Hussein Ahmed Rashid Shuail takes over as Assistant Undersecretary for Air Navigation and Meteorological Services.

Ibtissam Mohammed Khalifa Al-Shamlan has also been appointed as Assistant Undersecretary for Air Transportation and Aviation Safety and Security at the same ministry.

The Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications shall implement this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.

The king issued decree 43 of 2020, transferring Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ibrahim Hassan Ali Al-Hawaj to serve as Assistant Undersecretary for Sanitary Drainage.

Current Capital Municipality director-general Shawqiya Ibrahim Mohammed Humaidan has been transferred to the ministry to serve as Assistant Undersecretary for Joint Municipal Services.

Current Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Information Mohammed Saad Mohammed Al-Sahli has been transferred to serve as Capital Municipality director-general.

Under the same decree, Kadhim Ali Abdullatif Ali and Mohammed Adel Mohammed Abu Hassan have been appointed respectively as Assistant Undersecretary for Technical Services and Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Information.

The Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning shall implement this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
