Bahrain Mirror: Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim said, on his Twitter page, that "the release of prisoners of political opinion in Bahrain, and the fulfillment of just human rights and political demands for security and peace, is a pride for the nation, and the contrary is the disaster of disasters."
He went on to say "what the genuine demanders of reform aim for is the reform of everything, and nothing less, and the benefit of everyone not the harm of anyone. This is how the prophets and the righteous servants of God were. No one is harmed by their movement but those who want nothing but conquering and corruption on earth."
He stressed that "the human rights and political movement in Bahrain is the movement of a people who loves and cherishes their homeland, and adheres to the path of values; a movement for growth, and for a community of love and cooperation for doing good, and establishing justice."
"The political and human rights movement in Bahrain is peaceful on the people's part. There is no iron, stone, wood or stick among its tools and it poses no danger to anyone, so confronting it with suppression is one of the clearest and ugliest of forms of aggression," Highlighted Sheikh Qassim.
He concluded his statement by saying that "the state suffers from a political and rights imbalance and is invaded by corruption. The more reform is delayed, the more danger it will face, so who will take notice and action?"
