Bahrain Ranked 12th in Military Expenditure Compared to GDP

Bahrain Mirror: According to the Economist's defense expenditures index for 2020, Bahrain is rated 12th in the world in terms of military spending as a percentage of GDP.
According to the statistics provided by the international weekly newspaper, Bahrain's defense expenditures accounted for 3.9 percent of the country's GDP, ranking the country seventh among Arab countries in terms of military expenditure as a proportion of GDP and fourth in the GCC region.
