Justice Ministry to Political Societies: Meetings with Diplomatic Missions should be Attended by Foreign Ministry Representatives

Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs called on political societies to abide by the Political Societies Law, which prohibits them from meeting with diplomatic missions without coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In a letter sent to political societies, the ministry said that as the parliamentary elections approach, the ministry calls them to abide by the law, noting that any meeting must be attended by representatives of Foreign Ministry.
The ministry called on the societies to notify them of the date of the meeting 3 days in advance so that it can coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
