Bahrain Mirror: Information on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, indicated that "Yemen has unequivocally informed Gulf states that any aircraft taking off from those countries to attack Yemen will be directly and decisively responded to, including Bahrain, which declared its joining of the international coalition led by the United States."
It was mentioned that "Yemenis are aware that the aircraft come from military bases in Bahrain and land on coalition carriers deployed in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea before taking off again to avoid escalation between Yemen and the Gulf states."
On the this note, Bahraini human rights activist Yahya Al-Hadid questioned, "Why is the Bahraini government involving itself in the American and British sin?," asking, "Isn't the crime of normalization, rejected by the Bahraini people, enough for it?"
Al-Hadid added, in a post on the "X" platform, that "the situation has reached a point in Bahrain where it compromises national sovereignty to the extent of being at the forefront to defend the interests of the occupying entity."
He went on to say, "It seems that the government has not yet absorbed the lesson of February 14th (2011, the start of the uprising in Bahrain). Separating from the popular will only lead to further isolation from its surroundings."
