Justice Ministry Prevents Non-Bahraini Legists from Giving Consultation or Following any Administrative Measure in Ministry

Justice Minister Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa issued a circular banning law firms that employ non-Bahraini legists from allowing these legists to give legal consultation directly to their clients on behalf of the licensed office or running law firms themselves. The circular also prohibited non-lawyers enlisted in the lawyers lists to follow any administrative procedures at any of the ministry's departments as of September 1, 2019.
