The International Criminal Police Organization; the INTERPOL, said that the reports presented by the Kuwaiti judiciary against former Member of Parliament Abdul Hamid Dashti don’t comply with Interpol rules.

The Kuwaiti Appeals Court canceled on Tuesday the decision to accept the nomination of former Member of Parliament, Abdul Hamid Dashti, for the “National Council” upcoming elections. The court said this is due to the illegality of being nominated by proxy.
