Bahrain Mirror: Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society condemned "the cowardly terrorist act against a mosque in Peshawar, in Pakistan, which targeted worshippers during performing Friday prayers, leaving dozens of innocent martyrs and number of injured."

Al-Wefaq stressed that "Murderous terrorists are the worst creation of God, enemies of Islam and various heavenly religions. They work as mercenaries according to dangerous agendas to provoke terror and sedition by targeting mosques and places of worship, which are the holiest religious spots for Muslims."

The society further extended deep condolences to the people of Pakistan, affirmed its solidarity with families of martyrs and wished the injured speedy recovery.
