Bahrain Mirror: On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, a Bahraini court issued a three-month prison sentence against 6 citizens for expressing their solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip in Palestine.
The Bahraini authorities had arrested Hussein Al-Jaziri, Hussein Abdulali Marhoon, Mohammad Hani Mohammad Naseeb, Murtadha Al-Samahigi, Musa Jaafar Ashour Al-Shughl, and Yusuf Ahmad on November 11, 2023, following the suppression of a demonstration in the Karzakan area condemning the crimes of the Zionist entity. Later, the authorities released them temporarily only to re-arrest them from the courtroom on Tuesday.
