The Chief Executive Officer of the Supreme Council for the Environment (SCE), Mohammed Mubarak bin Dainah, said that the step following the cessation of the use of non-biodegradable plastic bags, scheduled to start on the 21st of this month, will be banning the use of non-biodegradable black garbage bags, and then banning the use of plastic plates, cups and cutlery, noting that here is a time plan to stop the use of those plastic items.
