2&5-Year Jail Term Handed down to 3 Defendants over Planting Hoax Bomb in Bilad Al-Qadeem

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal court sentenced a suspect to 2 years in prison and 2 others to 5 years over putting hoax bomb in Bilad Al-Qadeem and ordered the confiscation of seized items.
The court said that given that the first suspect is under 18, it dealt with him pursuant to article 70/71 of the penal code.
The court convicted the suspects because on July 16, 2015, they, along with other unknowns, planted hoax bomb on the public street.
