The International Criminal Police Organization; the INTERPOL, said that the reports presented by the Kuwaiti judiciary against former Member of Parliament Abdul Hamid Dashti don�t comply with Interpol rules.

The Kuwaiti Appeals Court canceled on Tuesday the decision to accept the nomination of former Member of Parliament, Abdul Hamid Dashti, for the �National Council� upcoming elections. The court said this is due to the illegality of being nominated by proxy.
