Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree 77/2016 appointing Mohammed Mubarak Jum'a as Ministerial Undersecretary for Resources and Services in the Ministry of Education.
Mubarak who is an author in Akhbar Al-Khaleej Newspaper is known for his supporting writings for the ruling family and against the opposition that seeks to put an end to Al Khalifa monopoly over power
